WHO WE ARE

WELCOME TO JMJ CONSTRUCTIONS

JMJ constructions was started in the year 2019 with a mission to build premium houses for the middle-class segment. The idea is to use our expertise and experience in making houses which are traditional, contemporary and Modern as per the needs of the customers. The vision of JMJ is not only to build the houses but also turning the vision to reality for all our customers..

PLAN

At the initial stage we sit and brainstorm with our customers and understand their needs and requirements to the precision and our Architect team works on the drawings which is like a blueprint and prepares drawings like 2D plan, 3D plan, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and Elevation.

PAPER WORKS & APPROVALS

We make sure that all the building drawings and plans get the necessary approvals from the corporation, Panchayat and respective government bodies including getting the temporary EB connection and keep all the paper works ready and handy.

DEVELOPMENT

This is a very important and crucial stage where we work towards the development of house as per the approved working drawing and the detailed technical specification shared to the customers.

INSPECTION

A Thorough inspection is conducted starting from civil works, electrical and plumbing before finally delivering to the customers.

DELIVERY

This is the last stage where we make sure that house is built as per the plan and all necessary works are completed personally by our Managing director and only when he gives a go ahead, we hand it over to the customer along with all the Architectual drawing and the paper works.
